Welcome

The focus of this blog is to provide information about the Lyons View Pike multiple utility construction project.

Project Scope:

* Upgrade the natural gas, water, and wastewater mains along a 1.5-mile section of Lyons View Pike

* Narrow corridor requires construction in the roadway and complete closure along Lyons View Pike due to ongoing presence of workers, equipment, and for public safety concerns

Project Schedule:

* Preliminary work in the vicinity of 4534 Old Kingston Pike week of March 24-28

* Start of construction on Lyons View Pike: April 15

* Work to be completed before Thanksgiving holiday

* Construction seven days a week (weather permitting)

* Extended work hours during seasonal daylight
